• الطلبات قابلة للاسترداد والاستبدال خلال 14 يو ًما من تاريخ الاستلام
  
• أن تكون المنتجات في عبوتها الأصلية
  
• في حالة وجود عيب في المنتج ، أو استلام منتج خاطئ ... يتم الاستبدال مجاًنا
  
• في الحالات الأخري، عمليات الإسترجاع أو الاستبدال تخضع لرسوم نصف ثمن الشحن ، و في حالة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع أكثر من مرة يخضع الاوردر لرسوم شحن اضافيه كاملة
• تستغرق عمليات الاستبدال والإسترجاع من 5-3 أيام عمل في القاهرة الكبرى ، ومن 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل في
  المدن الأخرى
• يتم استرداد المبلغ مع مندوب الشحن
  
  

Return or Exchange Policy:

• Orders are refundable and exchangeable within 14 days from the date of receipt.

• In case of product defect, or wrong item ... exchanges/Returns are free of shipping fees.
• In other cases, returns or exchanges are subjected to half shipping fees, and in case of
  exchanging or returning more than once, the order is subjected to the full shipping price.
