- في حالة وجود عيب في المنتج ، أو استلام منتج خاطئ ... يتم الاستبدال مجاًنا
- في الحالات الأخري، عمليات الإسترجاع أو الاستبدال تخضع لرسوم نصف ثمن الشحن ، و في حالة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع أكثر من مرة يخضع الاوردر لرسوم شحن اضافيه كاملة
- تستغرق عمليات الاستبدال والإسترجاع من 5-3 أيام عمل في القاهرة الكبرى ، ومن 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل في
المدن الأخرى - يتم استرداد المبلغ مع مندوب الشحن
